The PRC Registration Schedule for December 2011 NLE Passers in Manila and Pampanga has been released 
online. December 2011 NLE passers of Manila and Pampanga can go to PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor, Annex Building, P. Paredes St. cor. Morayta St. Sampaloc, Manila starting February 27,2012 to register and take oath. The nurse registration is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM. Here are the schedules of registration:

- One (1) piece 1×1 colored picture in white background (same shot)
- Community Tax Certificate or Cedula
- Payment: Registration Fee (P600.00)/ Annual Fee (P450.00)
- Metered Documentary Stamp, P20 (available at PRC offices)
- One (1) short brown envelop with name and profession
