Professional Regulation Commission released online the Nurse Registration and Oathtaking Schedules for December 2012 NLE passers.
A total of 16,908 out of 49,066 passed the Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Lucena, Nueva Ecija, Pagadian, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last December 2012.
To be officially called RN, NLE passers must register and take oath in PRC. Here are the available registration schedules:
Manila and Pampanga NLE passers
Registration is on February 12 to 18, 2013 at the PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor, Annex Building.

Cebu Registration and Oathtaking Schedule
Tuguegarao NLE passers registration
Via PRC website: PRC Tuguegarao announces that the schedule of initial registration for passers of the December 2012 Nurses Licensure Examination will start on February 12, 2013. Passers from Nueva Vizcaya and nearby municipalities of Quirino and Isabela Provinces may opt to make their initial registration during the PRC-Tuguegarao scheduled mobile service on February 26 & 27, 2013 at Saint Mary’s University, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
Registration requirements:
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
- 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
- Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450.
