Region 9: Nurse Deployment Project 2014

The DOH-CHD in Region 9 Zamboanga Peninsula has already set the date of qualifying exam for Nurse Deployment Project 2014 applicants.

Here are the instructions from the CHD:

The Qualifying Exam for applicants to the NDP, for varied valid considerations, was set on December 8, 2013, Sunday, 8:00am to 11:00am in the following venues for the following provinces/cities:

• Zamboanga del Norte, Dapitan and Dipolog: Mibang Hotel, Dipolog City
• Zamboanga Sibugay: Roderic’s Resort, Ipil
• Zamboanga del Sur and Pagadian: Hotel Guillermo, Pagadian City
• Zamboanga City: Regional Health Training Center, Cabatangan

Qualified applicants who will be taking the exam will be contacted through SMS as to the time of their exam. The list of qualified applicants will likewise be posted here. Just watch out for more updates very soon.

For those whose PRC ID/license is invalid or expired, when you will be contacted to take the exam, please bring along, as instructed earlier, proof that the same is for renewal or being processed for renewal. Proof may be in the form of a claim stub/slip together with a certificate of good standing from the PRC. These will be attached to your test paper.

Those who are currently employed or under an existing valid contract of employment, deployment, volunteership, apprenticeship, OJT and the like including those with pending placement for work, will be allowed to take the exam provided they have a valid PRC license, and provided further that, by the start of the deployment in January, if and when they will be accepted or taken in to the NDP, they shall have been freed of any and all obligations with their previous or prospective employer or institution and contract.
